Building on our recent discussions regarding the importance of our safety culture, we recognize that stepping into a SHE Rep role often comes without a clear roadmap, especially when it comes to managing external audits or exercising authority within a research group.

To support you, we are hosting a specialized orientation workshop designed specifically for our IDM environment: "From Audit-Time Rush to Standard Practice."

This session moves beyond basic theory to provide you with the practical skills, confidence, and institutional backing you need to lead safety effectively.
