Zama provides hands-on HR support to the IDM, translating organisational challenges into practical HR solutions. She supports strategic change initiatives, talent management, performance management, learning and development, and employee relations. Working closely with IDM leadership and HR Centres of Excellence, Zama ensures policy compliance, informed decision-making, and the smooth functioning of people processes, contributing to efficient and well-aligned HR practices across the Institute.
